To ensure that this beta test is valuable for both of us, I need you to:

- Implement the full client workflow system inside your CRM.
- Customize the pre-written emails to fit your brand voice.
- Test the system in real-time (or apply it to past/future clients).
- Provide detailed feedback – What worked? What was missing? What was confusing?
- Submit a before & after experience – Did this workflow save you time? Make communication easier?
- Write a testimonial about how the system improved your client experience & workflow.
- (Optional) Share publicly – IG stories, before/after shots, or a behind-the-scenes look at how you implemented it.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO (2-Week Timeline):

Week 1: Setup & Customization

- Complete Pre-Beta Testing Questionnaire
- Review & customize the pre-written email templates to match your voice.
- Input the workflow system into your CRM (HoneyBook/Dubsado).

Week 2: Testing & Feedback

- Test the workflow in real-time (or apply it to past/future clients).
- Track how it changes your communication & workflow.
- Submit feedback & testimonial.
- Complete Pre-Beta Testing Questionnaire or 10-15 min feedback call to refine the system before launch.
